We are looking for a responsible Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks such as providing support to Management, Employees, and Clients, assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities, light cleaning, pulling and packing orders.
• Answering and directing telephone calls
• Organizing and scheduling appointments
• Preparing reports and maintaining filing systems
• Writing and distributing e-mails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
• Maintaining shipping materials inventory
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Office Outlook and PowerPoint
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
