Our client is a small, successful company with business customers across the US, Canada and Mexico.
To better serve their growing client base, we are looking for a Customer Service and Marketing Assistant for their office in Drexel, NC with familiarity in B2B marketing:
• Updating and maintaining lists of current and prospective customers, preparing and sending email updates, newsletters, and catalogs; lead follow-up; maintaining company website incl. updating product pricing and quantities, uploading new images, videos and text.
• Overseeing company social media presence including Facebook and Instagram accounts using social media management software, , posting created and curated text, images and video after approval from management, scanning internet message boards and making management aware of any discussions related to the company and products.
• Receptionist duties include answering telephone calls, processing call-in and internet orders and creating Sales Orders and Packing Lists.
• Occasional need for hands-on help in picking and packing supply shipments in times when regular warehouse employee is unavailable or during times of heavy workload.
The ideal applicants must have experience working in an office environment, be competent with Word, Excel and Outlook, and have some experience with business to business social media marketing, including marketing tracking software.
